Sweet Living Room makes every effort to ensure the availability, product information, and prices are accurate on our website, but we cannot be held responsible for typos and other data entry errors. When found, we work quickly to correct them and reserve the right to revoke any offer made in error. For any order placed on an incorrect offer, Sweet Living Room issues a credit to the credit or debit card account and cancels the order.
Please note that Sweet Living Room receives products from more than one manufacturer. The final product you receive can vary slightly in color, design, finish, size, and other features. In most cases it is unnoticeable, but if variations do not meet your requirements, you can return the item for a full refund. Review our Return and Refund Policy before shipping anything back to Sweet Living Room.

Return and Refund Policy
To receive a full refund for damaged or defective products, or you do not like it after you open it, each item must be sent back to us in new or unused condition with all parts and accessories securely packaged in the original box with all packing material (bubble wrap, etc.). If you ordered an item we have on clearance, Sweet Living Room would only accept it for a refund if it arrived at you damaged from shipping.
For mattresses or any other item delivered to you damaged, contact us immediately. In some cases, the manufacturer warranty may cover your item for a full refund up to 72 hours after delivery. You can reach us at the customer support number on the order confirmation email you received from us.

We ship our products by UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (the Post Office). Items ordered using Standard UPS shipping service usually arrive within ten days after you place your order. Sweet Living Room also offers Expedited UPS shipping, USPS Two Business Day or USPS Next Business Day for an additional shipping charge. All shipping charges are determined at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, and items shipped outside the US, including APO and FPO addresses, must use USPS shipping services.
